Mayr power transmission, the renowned mechanical engineering company based in Mauerstetten, has stood for stability and security for more than 125 years. This is also reflected in the large number of long-serving employees who were honored once again this year. "An anniversary at Mayr power transmission is much more than just a number on paper. Although the sum of the years is immense, our honorees this year embody a combined 680 years with the company. These years represent consistency, loyalty, and the readiness to grow with the company and actively shape change," said Christian Illig, CFO and Managing Director of Mayr Antriebstechnik, in his speech.
Every honoree is a part of Mayr's history and future.
"In an era where flexibility and change are often at the forefront, long-term collaboration is a special asset. It signifies that people have taken on responsibility, passed on knowledge, and shaped the corporate culture over many years. Every honoree is a part of our history and future. You all contribute to making Mayr more than just a workplace. The backbone of our company is formed by all our employees – whether they have been with us for a long time or are new to the team. Together, they ensure stability and innovation: The experience of our long-serving employees combines with fresh ideas and new perspectives. This interplay is our clear competitive advantage in a complex working environment."
