The ROBA-stop® stage is a noise-damped safety brake with a redundant switching function for stage and event technology. In a conventional double brake, the braking torques of the two brake circuits add up.
With the ROBA-stop® stage, two circuits act on a single friction system. This means the ROBA-stop® stage provides full functionality without braking torque doubling, in a compact construction. The ROBA-stop® stage can be mounted to common connection geometries.
