The EAS-compact® torque limiters are backlash-free, very power-dense clutches. They are load-separating and offer various re-engagement options:
Ratchetting clutches automatically re-engage at specific intervals.
Synchronous clutches automatically re-engage at just one engagement point after a full rotation - particularly important where perfect concentricity is required.
Disengaging torque limiters separate the input and output without residual torque until they are re-engaged manually or by a special device.
Depending on the field of application, EAS-compact® torque limiters are available in various material versions and with surface finishes to suit requirements. The EAS-compact® is available in numerous application-optimized designs, for example in combination with our shaft couplings.
