离合器尺寸的选择

离合器的设计参见图表1（规格为0至2）或图表2（规格为3至5），“扭矩为M（Nm）”且“偏移量为（%）”：

确定参照值“扭矩M”：
- 确定最大操作扭矩。
- 将工作扭矩与表中的值（温度系数）和使用系数表（插入中值）相乘。
确定参照值“偏移量”：
- 在考虑目标离合器尺寸的允许轴偏移量的基础上确定以%为单位的单个轴偏移量。规格 2 的范例：0.2 mm 的轴偏移量为允许值 0.8 mm 的 25%。
- 将单个的百分值相加。总和必须小于100%。
将确定的两个参照值记录在相应的图表中。交点必须在目标离合器尺寸的特征曲线下方。
如交点在特征曲线上方，
- 请选择更大的离合器，
- 减少轴偏移量或
- 与我厂协商。
