Os acoplamentos ROBA-DS são ligações de eixo e transmitem torques de maneira anti-torção e sem folga. Ao mesmo tempo compensam os desalinhamentos angulares e axiais no acoplamento de articulação singular (Tipo 950._ _ _), bem como desalinhamento radial adicional nos
acoplamentos de articulação dupla (Tipo 951._ _ _).
