The EAS® HT is a load-separating torque limiting clutch for heavy-duty applications and higher torques. For this purpose, the underlying ball-detent principle is implemented with separate elements - torque limiters from the EAS® HT series are therefore also referred to as “element clutches”. Thanks to its modular design, the many versions and options, the EAS® HT is used in all areas of heavy industry, e.g. in crushers, rolling mills, conveyor belts, (underground) mining and the extraction of raw materials.
Application-optimized designs for high-speed applications and extruders are available with the EAS® HSE and the EAS® dutytorque.
